In 2019 Eric and Jasper came together to start the #1 educational company in the STR space: Overnight Success.
Through working with 1000s of students, they recognized that the biggest challenge for hosts was not starting an Airbnb business, but scaling it in a profitable way without doing all the work themselves.
Many hosts were growing but they created a 24 hour job for themselves, because they failed to build systems to streamline their operations and hire the right team members.
They were working IN the business, not ON the business.
And that’s why Legends X was born.
Over 200 companies have successfully completed the program.
The results? Our graduates have scaled to over 100 units, quit their day jobs, and are taking months off to travel the world while their business runs on autopilot.
Meanwhile…thousands of hosts work endless hours and are on call 24/7, sacrificing their lives for their guests, only to end up with a meager or no profit at the end of the month.

JASPER RIBBERS, CO-FOUNDER
Jasper started hosting on Airbnb in 2012 to support himself as he traveled to over 100 countries. He created a “lifestyle” business by acquiring Airbnbs in four different countries, running them remotely.
He began educating the short-term rental industry in 2014 through his book Get Paid For Your Pad, which is now often referred to as “the bible for Airbnb hosts.”
He launched a podcast under the same name shortly after, interviewing hosts and industry experts from around the world. Since then over 500 episodes have been published which have been downloaded over 1.5mm times.
ERIC D. MOELLER, CO-FOUNDER
Eric has been in real estate for over 15 years, and started focusing on short-term rentals when he moved out to San Diego in 2016.
He saw the opportunity to manage other people’s properties, and quickly expanded to over 100+ properties under management.
Outside of Legends X, Eric currently focuses on scaling a new hospitality brand called Freewyld that he founded with Jasper.
The vision for Freewyld is to acquire 20-25 tiny home communities in beautiful natural areas across the US to help people reconnect to what matters. The first property was acquired in Idyllwild California.
